We accept appointments via Online Booking Only.

In addition to appointment requests, the Client Portal can be used to view future & past appointments, request an appointment, & see past services &products purchased.

Want to be on our Wait List?

If you would like to be put on the wait list for an earlier appointment date or time, when you book your appointment via the booking tool, put your request and preferred date/time in the comment section and we will give you a call first if/when we have a cancellation.

 Trouble Logging in?

If you are an established client and this is your first time to access the Client Portal, choose the “forgot password” option & use the email address provided during your visit.  If that does not work, create an account.  New clients will also have access to the client portal once an appointment request has been made.

Has Your Account Become Inactive?

If it has been a while since you have had an appointment with us, it may be that your account is “in-active”. If that is the case, send us a message via the form bellow, and we will re-activate your account and sent you a new password reset to your email on file.

Need To Reschedule?

Login to the client portal, select your new appointment date and time and in the comment section put that you are “rescheduling” an appointment that you have on date/time and we will cancel that appointment for you.

Late Cancellation/No Shows

If you have to cancel your appointment 48 hours or less prior to your appointment you will not be chargeD a late cancel/no show fee of $50 (this is why we require a credit card on file). To cancel an appointment without a reschedule date, fill out the form below or email us: Info@thejolispa.com
