Recognized as one of New Orleans’ Influential Women in Vogue (Feb 2025), Jenny Berry is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Aesthetic Injector known for her expertise in delivering natural, long-lasting results.
Her journey began in phase 1, first-in-human clinical trials at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she developed a deep understanding of research-driven treatments. With over 12 years of experience in aesthetics, she founded Joli Medispa in Covington, LA, creating a dedicated space for science-backed, innovative aesthetic treatments outside of traditional medical offices.

Jenny specializes in biostimulatory treatments, autologous plasma growth factors, and advanced injectables, using the golden ratios of beauty to restore facial balance. Under her trademark Functional Aesthetic Medicine™, Joli Medispa offers comprehensive anti-aging solutions, including hormone optimization, weight loss, and advanced laser treatments, treating the root cause rather than just symptoms.

Her dedication to excellence has earned Joli Medispa Northshore’s Best Nurse Practitioner, Best Botox & Filler, and Best Medispa awards for four consecutive years, solidifying her reputation as a leader in aesthetic innovation.

Ashley is a passionate traveler who enjoys exploring tropical destinations and soaking up the sun! She has a great sense of style and loves to keep up with the latest fashion trends. Family is incredibly important to Ashley, and she adores her husband and son. Pink is her favorite color, which reflects her vibrant and upbeat personality. Professionally, Ashley has a wealth of experience in plastics and aesthetics, having worked in the industry for 16 years. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2008. She returned to SELU to earn a second Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing in 2020 and experienced the challenging, yet rewarding, task of being a front-line ICU Nurse during the pandemic. She then returned to her roots in the aesthetic industry, where her true passion lies.

Crystal Alack is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of experience in healthcare. Since 2016, she has focused on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and metabolic syndromes, aiming to enhance women’s health and well-being. Additionally, she specializes in hormone regulation using plant-based testosterone pellets for male clients. Crystal has offered aesthetic services such as botox, filler, and more for nearly a decade.

Beyond her professional life, Crystal is happily married with two teenagers and resides in her hometown of Loranger, LA. In her leisure time, she enjoys relaxing at home with her family, including their diverse mix of fur babies, and supporting her kids in their activities. Passionate about hormone replacement therapy, Crystal is dedicated to providing balance and optimizing well-being for her clients. Her goal is to help clients both feel and look their best inside and out, combining her expertise with a fun and spunky personality that clients appreciate.

Emily has been the heart of patient care at Joli Medispa since 2018. As our Spa Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator, she ensures that every client’s experience is smooth, welcoming, and well-supported. From managing the daily flow of the clinic to making sure each patient feels cared for during their visit, Emily keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. Her warmth, reliability, and attention to detail make her an irreplaceable part of the Joli team.

Outside of her professional role, Emily has an immense passion for traveling and experiencing new adventures. She holds a degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, which she still draws on to help with fun event ideas and patient engagement. Emily is a social butterfly and loves a party, bringing her vibrant personality and energy to any social gathering. She cherishes spending quality time with her sexy husband, two grown boys, and her two kitties, Smooshy and Sushi. Emily continues to make a positive impact in the beauty industry and beyond, leaving a lasting impression wherever she goes.

Becky is the Front Desk Coordinator at Joli Medispa and the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As the first in line for patient care, she sets the tone for each visit with warmth, humor, and genuine compassion. Everyone loves Becky—not just for her signature purple hair and vibrant personality, but for how she makes every patient feel seen, welcomed, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Outside of Joli, Becky is a theater enthusiast with a passion for the arts and international travel. She cherishes time with her loving husband, sweet daughter, and their furry companions. Her adventurous spirit, creative outlook on life, and love for meaningful connection make her an irreplaceable part of our team and a joy to everyone she meets.

Dixie is a multifaceted marketing professional and content creator with a bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking and a focus in Production Design from the University of New Orleans. Since 2016, she’s worked across industries—especially beauty, retail, and hospitality—creating impactful social media content and developing brand strategies that resonate. At Joli Medispa, she films procedures, creates educational and promotional content, manages marketing campaigns, develops ads, oversees merchandising, and even assists clinically as a medical assistant when needed. Her blend of creativity and hands-on knowledge makes her an essential part of the team.

Outside of work, Dixie is an influencer who shares her love for travel, history, and unique destinations. She enjoys exploring old cemeteries, small towns, and historic landmarks—always searching for stories to tell. She also loves spending time with her family, cuddling her cats, and exploring new restaurants with her boyfriend, a fine dining chef. Together, they’re proud foodies with a shared love for unforgettable meals and local flavor. Whether she’s behind the camera or exploring the world, Dixie brings curiosity, style, and heart to everything she does.

Melissa Leblanc is the Licensed Esthetician at Joli Medispa. Hailing from a small town in Louisiana called Pineville, Melissa eventually moved to the Northshore, where she carved a name for herself as one of the region’s best estheticians. Her commitment to skincare started years ago when she started producing her own soap to cater to her sensitive skin. She eventually left healthcare to provide aesthetic care in a fun and vibrant setting, and that’s what brought her to Joli Medispa! Melissa has officially been named Northshore’s Best Esthetician and Northshore’s Best Hair Removal Specialist in 2019 and 2020.

Dr. Jack “Jay” Saux III is the renowned “Pirate Oncologist” of St. Tammany Parish. He loves to dress up in swashbuckling attire as he goes about his day of caring for his patients and helping everyone deal with the heaviness of a cancer diagnosis. His many patients love and adore him. He graduated from Jesuit High School and then received his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of New Orleans. He attended LSU Medical School in New Orleans and completed his residency in internal medicine at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge. He began private practice in Napoleonville, LA, as an internist and taught at the Leonard J. Chabert Hospital in Houma. He returned to New Orleans to complete a fellowship in oncology at Tulane University Medical Center in 1998. He currently works at the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at St. Tammany Hospital in Covington, where he cares for patients with many different types of oncologic and hematologic illnesses.
